Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new product launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order on the water as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 before tax.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance and location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact our team at info@watermanoutfitters.com — we may be able to accommodate special requests.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please reach out to info@watermanoutfitters.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your address at checkout. Waterman Outfitters is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
